Rosemary leaves
Rosemary leaves are aromatic and evergreen leaves that come from the rosemary plant, scientifically known as Rosmarinus officinalis. Rosemary leaves also known as “Akleel Kohistani” in Urdu have various hair benefits. The bioactive compounds present in rosemary leaves include rosmarinic acid, carnosic acid, and essential oils. These phytochemicals have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and have various potential benefits.
The essential oil in rosemary contains antimicrobial properties by which it protects and maintains a healthy scalp and skin. There is no sensitivity or irritation in using dried rosemary leaves tea.

How to use
There are two ways of applying rosemary leaves to hair.
Way 1
- In one cup of water add 1 tablespoon of rosemary-dried leaves.
- Add half a tablespoon of cloves to it.
- Let it boil for 3-4 minutes at a low flame.
- Let it cool and pour it into a spray bottle.
- Place it in the refrigerator, lasting about 7-8 days. You can use it regularly because it can reverse the effects of hair loss.
Way 2
- Take one cup of water in a saucepan and add equal amounts of dried mint leaves, fresh ginger, and rosemary leaves.
- Now add half the amount of cloves to it.
- Let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
- After cooling the tea strain it and pour it in the spray bottle for regular use.
- Place this spray bottle in a refrigerator as it will increase the shelf life of this solution. This solution can be used up to a week.
